Shelter Rentals

• Payment is due at time of reservation. No holding times. 
• Refunds are available with 10 days prior notice of cancellation less a $5 processing fee.
• Public events must submit a Special Events Application prior to making a reservation. Guidelines can be found here.  Contact 540-942-6735 for assistance.
• Private events requiring additional space outside of the shelter or other accommodations may be required to submit a Special Event Application. Contact 540-942-6735 for assistance. 
• No inflatables or bounce houses permitted. 

To reserve a facility, you will be required to set up a Parks and Recreation account which will give you access to all of our facilities and programming. Once the account is set up, you can reserve a facility. Receipts and permits will be emailed directly to you along with any additional information regarding your facility rental.
